Tickets are $62.50 for P1 and $52.50 for P2 (including tax) and go on sale Saturday, May 29 at 9 a.m. Tickets will be available at the Ticket Atlantic box office in the Halifax Metro Centre, at all participating Atlantic Superstores, by phone at 451-1221 and online. Vocalists Damian McGinty, Ryan Kelly, Keith Harkin, Neil Byrne, George Donaldson and Paul Byrom of Celtic Thunder bring together 30 years of classics and a different take on current hits from Fred Astaire to Neil Diamond, Jim Croce to Chicago and Michael Buble to The Beach Boys.

Released earlier this year, It’s Entertainment! features Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah,” the Disney classic “When You Wish Upon A Star” and U2’s anthemic “Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For,” among many others.

The New York Times described the show as “...a Fab Five peddling Celtic stylings…steadfast George, sensitive Keith, bruising Paul, caddish Ryan and angelic Damian.”

Since the show launched in 2007, Celtic Thunder has released four albums, including its debut self-titled record, Act Two, Take Me Home and It’s Entertainment! The show has also released three performance DVDs, including Celtic Thunder: The Show, Take Me Home and It’s Entertainment! and two PBS specials, one of which was released this year.
