Events are produced within the local government’s COVID-19 health and safety guidelines, which are subject to change. Please check the individual show listing for comprehensive details on the measures in place for your event and read through all the information prior to making a ticket or table purchase.

Where can I purchase tickets for an event?
Ticket purchasing information for all events is located on their respective event listing.

Can I get a refund on my ticket if I’m unable to attend the event?
Tickets are non-refundable. 

Are there accessible tickets available?
For information and availability of accessible seating, please contact the venue directly.

What happens to my ticket if a show is cancelled?
When a show is cancelled, we will post the latest details on our website and social media channels. Tickets will be refunded but may take some time to process. Tickets purchased online and over the phone are often refunded directly to the purchaser’s credit card. If you purchased your tickets in person, please contact the box office directly.

How do I access my online tickets?
For more information on printing tickets or saving them to your phone, please visit the FAQ of the ticket seller for your event.

Will there be tickets available at the door?
There is no guarantee that there will be tickets available at the door for any given show. To avoid disappointment, buy tickets in advance.

How do I avoid fraudulent tickets?
We can only guarantee entry to those who purchase tickets directly from the official ticket seller listed on our website or via an artist’s official website. While we do our best to monitor social media for fraudulent ticket listings, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure they are purchasing from a trusted source. Fraudulent tickets cannot be honoured.

Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child?
Please check with the venue directly for their rules on admitting children.

Is this event licensed?
Licensed events are listed as 19+ and require valid, government issued, photo ID. Don’t forget to check your ID in advance to ensure it has not expired. Unfortunately if you show up with expired ID security can deny your entry regardless of your age, and tickets are not refundable.

Why are all ages and 19+ tickets available for some events? What if I bought the wrong one?
Some of our events are open to everyone, with licensed areas for those over 19 years old who present valid ID. Offering two types of tickets in advance can give us an idea of how big that section should be. Ultimately it doesn’t matter which ticket you buy as you will be allowed entry through the main door.

Are there VIP tickets available for my show?
If there is an opportunity to purchase a VIP add on for a show, it will appear in the event listing details. Please read all information surrounding the VIP package carefully – you may need to purchase your show ticket and VIP package separately.

Can I upgrade my ticket to a VIP ticket?
In instances where the VIP package is sold separately from the show ticket, there may be  a possibility to add on a VIP ticket at a later date. Please keep in mind VIP packages are often limited. Check the event listing for details.

My tickets came with a digital album – how do I access it?
Information on digital downloads is available in the event information.

Can I bring a camera?
The general policy for most shows is no professional cameras or recording devices. A professional camera can usually be identified as anything with a removable lens. If there are stricter measures in place, we’ll note it on the event page and your ticket should also make note of it.

Do all events have a coat check?
Some venues have a coat check available. It’s best to check with them directly. Please keep in mind they often only accept cash.
