All tickets for the April 15 show will be honoured October 5. If you’re unable to attend the rescheduled date, a refund may be requested by contacting the box office at (506) 856-4379 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday to Friday or by email at email@example.com. Requests for refunds must be received no later than 4 p.m. on May 1. At this time the box office is only able to issue refunds for credit card purchases. Those whose refunds need to be processed in-person (cash or debit) will be issued once it is possible to do so as long as it’s requested prior to the May 1 deadline. After May 1, the regular theatre credit policy applies.

A skeleton crew will continue to work remotely, and will get back to you about your refund, but it may take some time.

All tickets for the April 17 show will be honoured October 8. The Playhouse box office will contact ticket holders who purchased tickets online or by phone. Request for refunds must be received no later than May 1 at 6 p.m. ADT. After May 1, the regular theatre policy applies. Anyone who purchased tickets in-person at the box office that requires a refund will need to wait until the facility re-opens to the public - that date is yet-to-be determined.
